Hormuzsafe provides support and operational coordination during active maritime operations, including:

Services are provided on a “commercially reasonable efforts” basis, and continuity of operations may be affected by regional conditions, legal restrictions, infrastructure disruptions, or force majeure events.

All content, branding, logos, documents, and communication infrastructures of Hormuzsafe are the property of this organization, and any use or reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Hormuzsafe shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from operational delays, legal restrictions, regional disruptions, actions of third parties, or circumstances beyond operational control.
